Bio

I'm Subhanga Upadhyay, an international MS CS student from Nepal, currently at Tufts University. I will be graduating this May, 05/17/2026. My current research focus is Mechanistic Interpretability and ML Systems, with an emphasis on building reproducible experiments and operationally reliable AI workflows.

What Scorpion Labs Is

Scorpion Labs is a public research lab documenting the full journey through experiments, historical reconstructions, and honest writeups. The lab philosophy is simple: build fast, document carefully, and treat failed runs as first-class research artifacts.
